Discover the Drivfit Plus terms and conditions. By joining the program, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Exclusivity of offers: The benefits and discounts provided by Drivfit Plus cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns or offers in effect. The objective is to guarantee the exclusivity and uniqueness of the advantages offered to program members.
2. Scope of the discount: The discount granted under the Drivfit Plus program applies exclusively to the base rental price and additional products directly related to the rental service. This includes the daily rental price, mileage packages and protection packages. Any extra costs or applicable penalties are excluded from this discount.
3. Acquisition and return policy: In the case of acquisition or return of vehicles within the scope of the program, any change to the initial contract will only be effective after a period of 7 days. For example, if a customer returns one of the three rented vehicles, the change associated with the return will only be reflected and applied 7 days after the return date.
4. Cancellation of membership status: To maintain active membership status in the Drivfit Plus program, the customer must not present any debts to Drivfit. The right to cancel membership is reserved for customers who fully meet their financial obligations.
5. Reservation of rights: Drivfit reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions of the Drivfit Plus program. Such changes will be communicated to members appropriately, ensuring transparency and understanding of the new applicable conditions.
