      What Should I Do If I No Longer Have Roadside Assistance?

      If your roadside assistance service is unable to provide support, you may use the towing services listed here. However, this service should only be used in cases of extreme necessity. Any improper use may result in additional costs.

      Procedures for Using the Service

      1. Always contact roadside assistance first to check for available support by calling 800 201 833.

      2. When contacting the towing service, indicate that the vehicle belongs to the Drivfit fleet.

      3. Provide the vehicle’s destination to one of the workshops listed in the following article.

      4. This service should only be used if roadside assistance is unable to fulfill the request.

      5. If the service is used inappropriately, additional costs may apply.
