How to open an account with Drivfit: step-by-step.

Opening an account with Drivfit is the first step to take advantage of all the benefits and services offered by our rental, specially designed for the TVDE market.
There are 4 major steps when opening a Drivfit account: Registering your company, Signing the contract, placing the Deposit and Booking a vehicle.


In this article, we guide you through our account opening process, explaining each of these steps and detailing all the necessary documentation and information.

 

Stages:

  1. Registration
  2. Contract signature
  3. Deposit
  4. Booking

 

1st stage - Registration

The first step is to get to know the company, the owner, and their drivers.

Required information and documents:

  • Company
  • Company manager
  • Driver
  • Document: Permanent certificate
  • Document: Company IBAN proof
  • Document: Citizen card of the person in charge
  • Document: Driver's driving license

Step-by-step:

  1. Prepare all the required information and documentation, stated above;
  2. Access the registration platform here and click on "Abrir Conta";
  3. On this first part, fill in the Company information;
  4. On this second part, fill in the information of the Owner or Manager (person in charge or representative). Please note that the owner/manager is, by default, a driver as well;
  5. On the last part, if you wish, you can add one more driver to your account. Answer the question with "Yes"/"No" and click on "Next":
    1. If "Yes", go back to step 4, but this time for another Driver;
    2. If "No", click on "Submit" and you have finished your registration.

If you don't want to add more drivers, don't worry - you can do it later!

The owner (person in charge or company representative) is also a driver.

 

2nd stage - Digital signature of the contract

After registering your company, owner and drivers, the Drivfit team will review and validate all the information and create your account. As soon as your account is created, you will receive an email to review and sign your contract, all digitally, without prints or scans!

Attached to this contract, you will find the SEPA Direct Debit Authorization, which requires your signature.

This contract does not obligate you to anything nor initiate any charges. It only states the Terms and Conditions that will govern our relationship once it begins.
Charges and responsibilities only begin with the "Rental Contract", which starts when you pick up each vehicle.

Step-by-step:

  1. Access the email sent by Drivfit via DocuSign and click on "Review document";
  2. On the screen of our message, click on "Continue". You can also click on "Other actions" and:
    1. "Finish later", giving you the possibility to be reminded to review and sign later;
    2. "Assign to another person", if you are not the right person to sign;
    3. "Decline signature".
  3. Review the entire contract, its content, and the fields already filled in by our team. You can and should edit any field if it is incorrectly filled:
    1. To edit a field, simply click on it;
  4. Once reviewed and agreed upon, click the orange "Start" button in the top left corner. This button will navigate you through all the fields to be filled;
  5. In the signature or initial fields, simply click on the "Sign" / "Initial" button, fill in the "Full name" and click on "Adopt and sign";
  6. Once all fields are filled, the platform will ask if you are "Ready to finish?". Click on "Finish".
  7. Our team will validate and sign the same contract, also digitally. Once they do, you will receive an email with the final contract, signed by both parties. You can then print or download it.

3rd stage - Deposit

Placing a deposit is an essential step in the rental process with Drivfit. This provides us with the necessary security to waive any financial or historical background of the customer, opening our service to all companies, whether small or large, recent or evolved. In the steps below, we explain how you can pay the deposit quickly, sustainably and securely.

Step-by-step:

  1. After signing the contract, the Drivfit team will contact you to align the final details.
  2. In this call, you will be asked about the deposit payment method you prefer: full or split into 3 interest-free months;
  3. In accordance with your choice, you will receive an email from Drivfit with all the instructions for paying the deposit;
  4. Drivfit will be automatically alerted after the deposit payment, sending you the receipt for it to your email.

4th stage - Booking

You have reached the most interesting part: booiking your vehicle.

Step-by-step:

  1. Drivfit will contact you shortly after the deposit payment. In this contact, you can decide on all the relevant details:
    1. Type of vehicle desired;
    2. Pickup station;
    3. Date and time of pickup;
    4. Km plan.
  2. We will create your reservation in a non-confirmed state;
  3. Our booking management team will confirm your reservation as soon as they are able to fulfill your request;
    1. If we cannot fully satisfy your request, we will contact you to understand alternatives to better serve you;
  4. As soon as we confirm your reservation, you will receive an email with the confirmation and all the necessary details.
